About This Facility
This electronic complaint box allows any student, faculty, or staff member to report an incident of sexual harassment directly and confidentially to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). Complaints submitted here are received only by authorized ICC members and are handled with strict confidentiality as mandated by law.
Your safety comes first. You may choose to submit your complaint anonymously. All information shared here is treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of inquiry by the ICC.
How the Process Works
- 1 Submit your complaint using the secure form below, with as much detail as you are comfortable sharing.
- 2 The ICC receives the complaint confidentially and acknowledges receipt within 3 working days.
- 3 If you have chosen to share contact details, the committee may reach out for further information, always with your consent.
- 4 The ICC conducts a fair, time-bound inquiry as per the institution's POSH policy.
- 5 Outcomes and recommended action are communicated in accordance with due process and confidentiality norms.
